Apple is not a sponsor nor is it involved in the activities of BigwinWorld campaign draws in any manner.

BigwinWorld is brought to you by DxBeyond LLC, a company formed for Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment to operate and manage BigwinWorld.

These campaign draw terms and conditions ("Draw Terms") govern the terms and conditions applicable to Dream Dubai by DxBeyond LLC ("BigwinWorld", "We", "Us", "Our"), campaign draws ("Campaign Draw(s)") that relate to Our website ("Site") and Our mobile app ("App") (together the "Platform").

Any party using the Platform and/or participating in a Campaign Draw ("User", "You", "Your") agrees to be bound by these Draw Terms, as well as the user agreement published on the Site ("User Agreement"). If You do not agree to these Draw Terms, or any of its terms (including any amendments), then You should immediately cease using the Platform, and not enter any Campaign Draw.

These Draw Terms are effective as of 1 January, 2025. We may amend these Draw Terms at any point in time without notice and the amendments will take effect once they have been displayed on the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that it is Your responsibility to review these Draw Terms periodically to familiarize Yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the Platform and/or entry into Campaign Draws following any amendments shall be construed as acceptance of those amendments.

1. In addition to your agreement with the Terms, the following provisions apply with respect to you participating in our contest draws ("Draw(s)") and winning the prizes ("Prize(s)").
2. Only users with a valid Membership to the Platform that satisfies all the Terms are eligible to enter into our Draws.
3. The types of Draws vary on the Platform. Each shopping card purchased on the BigwinWorld App in accordance with these Terms is associated with a specific type of Draw whereby a user is awarded at least a single complimentary ticket ("Ticket") to that specified Draw after purchasing the shopping card.
4. Your shopping card(s) are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of your last redemption at our online or physical Modesh stores.
5. To collect your product(s), you must visit our premises within fifteen (15) calendar days from purchasing the product(s) and present your valid identification (such as your national identification card, passport, driver's license, etc.) as may be required in our sole discretion.
6. Ticket numbers are computer generated and may not be sequential to the order in which the shopping cards they are associated with are purchased.
7. Tickets awarded to you through your use of our Platform are neither refundable nor transferable and are owned solely and exclusively by you.
8. The length of each Draw varies and the date when the Prizes are awarded can occur on any day of the week for the Draws that have "sold out" a minimum of 24 hours prior to the day of the Draw.
9. The deadline to enter any Draw is prior to the sell-out of all shopping cards specified within the Draw, or prior to the closure of the Draw (which happens before the Draw date); or, in the case of a timed Draw, prior to the end of the timer displayed on the campaign box of the specific Draw.
10. Winners of the Draws are selected by the government representative and will be notified on the day the Draw occurs.
11. Once a Prize is handed to/collected by the courier/handler for international delivery, risk and responsibility will transfer to the winner and we no longer hold claim nor responsibility for any damage/injury incurred in transit, or upon delivery.
12. By entering the Draw, all winners consent to the use of any and all content made by or provided to us.
13. Winners are responsible for any and all tax liability where applicable.
